Project Management
AJ &M Construction manage projects as a general contractor (main contractor, prime contractor) who is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of a construction site, management of vendors and trades, and the communication of information to all involved parties throughout the course of a building project. AJ &M Construction also provide sub-contract management and labour for specific projects within the industry.
Quality Assurance Systems
The AJ & M Construction Integrated Management System deals with quality, occupational health & safety and environmental risk management as integral aspects of the way we work.
Our quality management system encompasses all aspects of the building process from the tender/negotiation stage to post implementation review. This system has also been designed to deal effectively with design and construct projects.
In regard to workplace health and safety, we directly employ a team of professionals to provide support, monitor compliance and drive continuous improvement. In addition, all of our Site Foremen and Supervisors hold a Certificate III in Occupational Health & Safety and our employees regularly take part in behavioural safety training.
